Has my order shipped?

How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?

How do I track my order?

My order never arrived.

Click the My Account link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If your order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact customer service for assistance.



An item is missing from my shipment.

Click the My Account link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. When will my backorder arrive?

Back Orders are situations when our Mfg has been unable to provide our stock inventory at the initially estimated times. While rare, these back orders do occur and we make every attempt to fill back orders as quickly as possible. As each situation is different, the exact time frame will vary and we ask that you contact us directly to determine the expected ship date.

How do I create an account?

  1. Click the My Account link at the top right side of our site.
  2. Enter your email address.
  3. Select "I am a new customer".
Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information.



How do I edit my account information?

Click the My Account link at the top right hand side of our site to edit your account information.



How much is my shipping?

Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.



I forgot my password.

Click the My Account link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to you with your password.



How do I return my product?

I received the wrong product.

If you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service and we will provide further instruction or direction. If wemade an error, it is our TOP PRIORITY to fix it for your ASAP

Why are items not staying in My Shopping Cart?

If you are having problems using our Shopping Cart, your internet browser may not be set to accept "cookies". A Cookie is a small piece of code that allows us to "remember" your order and add the items to the shopping bag.

You need to accept cookies from our website so that we keep your shopping items in your Shopping Bag. To do this, you need to add our shopping cart as a trusted site. Each browser is a little different, so we provided information below on how to accept cookies on a variety of browsers below. If you are still having problems, you are always welcome to place orders over the telephone by contacting customer service at 1-888-635-3647.

Steps for Enabling Cookies

Internet Explorer 6.0

  1. On the top menu bar, click ‘Tools’ then ‘Internet Options…’
  2. In the Internet Options dialog box, select the ‘Security’ tab at the top.
  3. Click on the green circle with a check mark labeled ‘Trusted sites’ underneath.
  4. Now you will be able to click on the button ‘Sites…’
  5. Make sure Require server verification at the bottom is not checked.
  6. In the box under ‘Add this Web site to the zone:’ type RedHauteHorse.com and click ‘Add’

Do you ship to my country?

Please create an account by clicking the My Account link at the top right hand side of our site. During signup we'll ask for your shipping address details including country. If your country is not in the dropdown menu of available countries, unfortunately we cannot ship to your country at this time.



What are my payment choices?

During the checkout process you may choose any of our current payment options and continue to place your order. Please note that we will not ship your order until we receive payment from you.

Pricing and Billing




Do I have to pay sales tax?

You only have to pay sales tax if you are located in the same state as our warehouse.



I have a question on my charges.

Click the My Account link at the top right hand side of our site to review your orders. You may compare your order history on our website, with your financial records. If you have further questions or concerns, please contact customer service for further assistance.



I need a copy of my receipt/invoice.

Click the My Account link at the top right hand side of our site to print invoices.



When will my credit appear on my account?

Credits usually take 7-10 business days from the time we receive your item(s). Note, your credit card provider and/or bank may choose to hold the credit for up to 1 full billing cycle AFTER the credit posts.



When will my credit card be charged?

Your credit card will be charged within 24 hours of your order being placed. All orders, with only 2 exceptions, ship within 1 business day of receipt. To ensure an expedited delivery process we chareg the card at time of order receipt. The 2 exceptions for shipment within 1 business day are custom product that is made to order and large items such as beds that are shipped direct from the MFG. For both of these exceptions, work is being completed on your order immediately after receipt. Therefore, the card is charged immediately upon receipt of the order

How do I buy/redeem a gift certificate?

To purchase a gift certificate for someone, click here. If you are the recipient of a gift certificate and would like to redeem your gift certificate, simply add in the code at checkout to have the credit applied.

How do I navigate the site?

To navigate this website, simply click on a category you might be interested in. Categories are located on the top, left & bottom of our website. QUICK TIP: Place your mouse cursor over anything you think could be a clickable link. You'll notice that anytime you scroll over something that is a link, your mouse cursor will become a "hand". Whereas scrolling over anything that is NOT a link will leave your cursor as an "arrow". You may also type a keyword into the SEARCH box to quickly find a specific product. How do I use a coupon?
